As the name implies our Mortgage Planners are independent business owners. While they all ascribe to our central values and business processes ~ you can be comfortable that they are a part of the community they serve and have a vested interest in local solutions for local people.
Mortgage Planners are more than just Mortgage Brokers.
Our Mortgage Planners are free to advise on all Lenders and loans in the marketplace - subject only to the Lender holding an Australian Credit Licence. More importantly they are not affected by "commission conflict" like most Mortgage Brokers. You may have come across terms like Pro Consumer Broker or Borrower’s Agent. Our Mortgage Planners are remunerated along very similar lines to either or both of these types of Credit Assistants, but offer a broader service.
